This page only concerns the public Car-Group Suite website. The software of the suite (accounts, data, files) has its own processing, at the client’s and at Fereo SRL.

Data collected
The demo form collects: the software concerned, your company name, your name, your phone number, your email, your optional message and the language of the page, as well as the IP address and browser used when sending.
On every visit, the website also records the date, IP address, page viewed, referring page and browser.
Purpose
To answer a demonstration request. Legal basis: B2B legitimate interest and your request.
To measure website traffic and protect it against abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Retention
Requests are kept for 24 months, or until a deletion request. Visit logs are kept for 13 months, then deleted automatically.
Recipients
Fereo SRL only. Emails go through the car-group.fr domain mail service. No resale or transfer of data to third parties.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising cookies and no external tracking tool, so it shows no cookie banner. It only uses two technical cookies: a session cookie that secures the form, and a cookie that remembers the chosen language.
Your rights
Access, rectification, deletion, objection: write to info@fereo.be. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA), or the CNIL if you are in France.
